I also used some mica paints on a frame I did a few weeks ago. I painted the frame with gesso, layering it to make a textured background, then painted it over with black adirondack dabber paint and then highlighted some of the rippled areas with gold, blue and copper painted mica powder. I finished it with a layer of painted glossy accents and added stamped images cut and embossed from craft foil. Everything is from the craft den, except the crown and frame from my stash. Lynne also has some really lovely Viva metallic paints which I would really like to try next time!
I hope you like them.
These are all lovely Kathryn but I particularly like the frame it is stunning, the colours are gorgeous.
